Where’s my shipment?
We always send a confirmation in a separate email after the package is shipped – to both registered users and guests. There you will find the tracking link and the tracking code. Please note that sometimes FEDEX data is only available after a few hours.
How long is the delivery time?
Depending on the availability of the goods, information about the expected delivery time will be shown in the order summary. Usually it takes from 3-14 days for international shipping.
What is your return policy?
At the CARAPAKS store you can return all received products within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that we only accept returns of unused goods. Also, please take care not to remove the attached labels and not to get any stains on the product. Please return it in the original packaging.
What are the shipping costs?
The cost of shipping to a country in the European Union is EUR 20 per package or EUR 10 for economy shipping. Shipping outside the EU costs EUR 25 per package or EUR 15 for economy shipping. Orders from outside the EU may be subject to a customs duty, the amount of which depends on the country, the value of the goods and their weight. Detailed information on this subject can be obtained by contacting the appropriate customs authority.
How can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order before it is shipped. In other cases, a return policy applies – then please contact us directly.
